Request account deletion
Touch is provided by ORB AI INC. You can submit a deletion request here without reinstalling Touch or signing in on the watch.
Enter your account email. ORB will verify ownership before deleting information. Choose Touch to delete your Touch account, device links, connected-service credentials, conversations, memory, drafts and recorded activity. Choose the shared ORB account if you also want deletion across ORB services. A support review is required to identify any legally required retention and associated services.
Timing and confirmation
We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days. We will verify ownership before deleting data, confirm completion, and explain any lawful extension or records retained for legal, security or accounting requirements. A request receipt is not confirmation that deletion is complete.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed through Apple, Google or another provider. Cancel those renewals in the applicable provider’s subscription settings; contact ORB for help with an ORB-billed plan.
What remains separate
This does not delete your Google, Slack, WhatsApp or other source accounts, or recall already sent messages. ORB may retain records needed for legal obligations, security or dispute resolution; support will explain any applicable exceptions. Uninstalling or unlinking Touch alone is not account deletion.
You can also request deletion from Touch: hold the Orb, select Privacy and account, then Request account deletion. If the form is unavailable, email alireza@orbai.ai from your account email.
