What is Touch?
Touch pairs a ring and watch to help you get things done from your wrist. Double pinch to activate your watch. Speak your request and Touch gets to work in your connected apps. Answers and confirmations appear on your Touch Watch.
Agentic tasks require a Touch Watch linked to your account, an internet connection, and an active Agentic or Agentic Pro membership.
Can I use the ring without the watch?
Yes. Touch Ring works independently with the Touch app on iPhone and Android. Connect the ring to your phone to view your health data.
For agentic tasks on your wrist, pair the ring with Touch Watch. The ring connects directly to the watch when you use them as a pair.
Does Touch work with iPhone and Android?
Yes. The Touch app works with iPhone and Android. Use Touch Ring on its own for health features or pair it with Touch Watch. A phone on its own does not enable agentic tasks.
Does Touch work with Apple Watch or Galaxy Watch?
The Touch Ring works with the Touch app on iPhone and Android phones. It does not connect directly to Apple Watch, Samsung Galaxy Watch, Google Pixel Watch, or other third-party smartwatches. To run agentic tasks on your wrist, you need the Touch Watch.
What comes with Touch?
The $299 Touch pair includes our watch and ring. Choose your ring finish and magnetic band style to make the pair yours. Your monthly membership is separate from the hardware purchase.
What do the memberships include?
$0/month includes essential health features: sleep, activity, heart rate, and blood oxygen.
$10/month includes Health AI and Agentic features.
$20/month includes Health AI and Agentic Pro features.
Use Touch Ring with your phone for health features. Agentic tasks require Touch Watch, an internet connection, and an active Agentic or Agentic Pro membership.
Is the Touch Ring waterproof?
Yes. The Touch Ring is designed for swimming, showering, and everyday contact with water.
Is there a warranty on the ring?
Yes. The Touch Ring comes with a six-month warranty from the date you receive it. This warranty covers the ring only, not the Touch Watch. If your ring breaks for any reason during that period, we’ll send you a new one. Contact ORB support to arrange your replacement. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
