This Wait List Deposit Terms notice applies when you pay $5 to reserve a place on the Alpha Bloo 100 wait list through Orb AI Inc.
The $5 payment reserves your wait-list spot and unlocks a $50 discount on Bloo's actual product price of $899 when Orb AI invites you to complete a purchase.
The $5 payment is not full payment for Bloo and does not guarantee immediate shipment, a specific delivery date, or final product availability.
When Bloo is ready for your spot, Orb AI may ask you to complete the remaining checkout process and pay the product price, less the applicable $50 discount, plus any applicable taxes, shipping, handling, customs, duties, delivery, logistics, or other disclosed fulfillment costs.
Bloo is a pre-production consumer robotics product. Product timing, features, appearance, packaging, pickup locations, delivery options, and final availability may change before fulfillment.
Orb AI may contact you using the email, phone number, billing information, or other information provided during checkout for wait-list updates, payment confirmation, product updates, fulfillment coordination, and customer support.
Cancellation, refund, and purchase terms may be further described at checkout, in your payment confirmation, or in the Customer Sales Agreement presented when you complete a future Bloo purchase.
